Bookings & Consultations

  • All consultations are free and designed to help you choose the right package for your event.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

  • Full payment details, deposit policy, and cancellation rules will be shared during booking.

  • Prices are subject to change based on customization, distance, and event requirements.

Orders & Customizations

We work hard to match your selected colours, flavours, and themes; however, small variations may occur.
Custom requests may require additional fees depending on materials, labour, and design complexity.

Allergies & Dietary Information

While we take care in food handling, Sovee’s Sweets cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and other allergens. Please notify us of any allergies before booking. All Sovee’s Sweets products are 100% halal. We do not use gelatin, alcohol, or any non-halal ingredients in our desserts.

Photography & Display

We may photograph dessert tables and displays at events for portfolio or marketing use. If you prefer not to have your setup photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

Website Accuracy

We strive to keep all information updated, but we cannot guarantee that every detail, price, or offering is always error-free or current. Packages may evolve as our menu grows.

Limitation of Liability

Sovee’s Sweets is not liable for:

  • Event delays outside our control

  • Venue restrictions or miscommunication

  • Damage after the dessert table has been set up

  • Allergic reactions or issues related to undisclosed dietary needs
